The AUA is delighted to have attracted the support of an impressive array of influential speakers this year. We were also delighted to secure Professor Lord Robert Winston as our opening plenary speaker, so it is with particular regret that we announce that Professor Winston is now unable to address us in Warwick, for which he sends his most sincere apologies.
AUA Members will have an opportunity to hear Professor Winston in person on 2 November, when he will deliver the AUA Annual Lecture in London.
In this situation we are indebted to a number of senior colleagues in the sector who have made strenuous efforts to assist us in amending the conference programme. We are delighted to welcome Professor Les Ebdon, Chair of Million + and Vice Chancellor at University of Bedfordshire, to our conference where he will now deliver the opening plenary address on Monday 29 March.
