The AUA exists to advance and promote the professional recognition and development of all who work in professional services roles in higher education, and to be an authoritative advocate and champion for the sector.

AUA Membership offers the opportunity to gain an understanding of the key issues and new ideas in HE management, both nationally and internationally. Our Events

AUA organises an annual programme of seminars, workshops and conferences. The Annual Conference is the largest professional development conference in the HE calendar, with around 130 sessions and keynote presentations.

The Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Practice (higher education administration & management), known as the PgCert, is designed to meet the development needs of professional services colleagues working in Higher Education.
