Event Information
Developing yourself when your time and resources are already stretched to capacity can be difficult. By providing a one-day workshop to cover many transferable and time-saving skills, we are offering you the opportunity to maximise your skills and effort. The workshop will also provide an opportunity to share good practice, discuss real life experiences, look beyond your institution or department and focus on your own professional development. In a time of great change when employers are seeking greater efficiency from their administrators, actively developing these areas will have great benefits for yourself and your role.
Why Should I Attend?
This practical, hands-on workshop provides busy administrators with the opportunity to develop key skills in areas including:
- Workload management
- Prioritisation
- Communication skills
- Networking
An action learning session will be provided to enable you to share your experiences and gain feedback and advice. Personal and professional development tools will be used to enable you to further develop your skills and capabilities.
