Meet our President
After working as a career civil servant and management consultant, Alison brought her considerable expertise to the higher education sector where she has had a huge influence over the past 20 years.
Alison has held a number of senior positions with particular responsibility for HR strategy, strategy development, structural reviews, senior leadership development and organisational culture change.
She is passionate about higher education; her abundant knowledge and significant expertise in leadership development combining to ensure the continued success of the AUA.
