Launch of CPD Framework April 2009
CPD Framework
We are pleaseed to present the continuous professional development framework to the sector, as the culmination of a highly collaborative two-year LGM project. The framework is a significant milestone in the development of our profession and we are certain it will be an important reference point into the future.
The framework was formally launched at the conference in Exeter at the beginning of April 2009. The implementation phase will follow, when several HEIs will pilot implementation of the various components of the framework. We will work closely with those institutions, and the insights gained during the pilot phase will enable the further enhancement of the on-line CPD resources and inform future CPD initiatives.

Professional Behaviours This is the set of professional behaviours developed as part of the framework
Guidance notes for Professional Services Staff These notes are in the format of a resource pack for individual members of Professional Services Staff. They will be enhanced and refined in light of feedback during the pilot implementation phase.
